You can see the big lawn and some lake views from the large floor-to-ceiling windows. What a beautiful, welcoming and luxurious bed and breakfast. Host Hannah is absolutely charming. Location is excellent, we enjoyed sitting on our private terrace, with a lake view. Breakfast was lovely and included cooked options as well as yoghurts, granola and fruit. A tea and coffee station was available all day and a small fridge available in the breakfast room for shared use. We stayed just after Easter and the town of Te Anau was very busy, we couldnt secure a table for dinner on 2 of our 3 nights, so my advice is to pre-book your restaurant choice.

Our stay at Dunluce B&B was amazing. Hannah, our host was so friendly & welcoming. Nothing was a bother for her & she often went that "extra mile" to ensure we were well looked after, even leaving a packed breakfast for us the day we had to leave very early to get to the airport on time. Our room was extremely comfortable with tranquil views of the mountains & lake in the distance. The room was tastefully decorated. It had good quality linen and everything we needed plus more. The spa bath was a real bonus, especially in the evenings after our long hikes each day. Breakfast each morning truly was something to look forward to with freshly brewed coffee, selection of fine teas and freshly cooked or continental breakfast options which made a great start to our days. This is first class accommodation with a friendly host that definitely understands the needs of holiday makers in New Zealand.
