Fiordland Lodge Te Anau

This review is in no way a reflection of the staff and cleanliness of Fiordland Lodge, neither is it a reflection on the magnificent views afforded from the hotel, but the whole place is now really tired. From the communal areas to the rooms themselves, although spacious and clean, all the fixtures, fittings, carpets etc are all now very dated as are the bathrooms. We only stayed for one night and had a mediocre dinner before the next leg of our trip, but everything was not to the standard we expect from a five star hotel.

Rooms: Im gehoben Lodgestil eingerichtet , es fehlt an nichts. Safety: Da kann man Nachts die Tr zum Garten ruhig auf lassen . Food & drinks: Ein tolles phantasievolles 3 Gnge Men, Perfektes Frhstck nur auergewhnlich gut .

We had the best time at Fiordland lodge, the venue is very special and the staff is amazing. Our room was basic but cozy and common areas, food and hot tubs were superb. Because they have a limited number of guests they can offer an exclusive service, which is rare in NZ. I definitely recommend for a romantic getaway or if you are looking for a place to disconnect. This has been our favorite hotel in our honeymoon. Thanks Fiordland!
