        Phoned westpac to open bank account for my daughter. Was told I had to go into a Westpac bank in person with my 15 year old to open account. Have traveled over an hour to get here to be told we need to book appointment. Once again, poor service Westpac. So far behind the 8 ball. Your Australian counterparts are more on to it. Can open account online. Stop wasting people's time!
