Dont waste your time. They are not interested. Hours are posted as 9am - 9pm. Called multiple times between 5 and 6pm before the phone was finally answered only to be told they couldnt do anything until after 11pm.

I was in agony, so headed to the urgent drs at 9am on Sunday morning hoping to get one of the first appointments. They do not open at 9, there is no one at the premises. After 25 mins of no one answering the phone, I had headed to the hospital as my only option. Finally, lady on the ph said I could get an appt in the afternoon or go to the only pharmacy for over the counter antibiotics. There is nothing urgent about this service. Surely it would be preferable to use the urgent drs instead of the hospital for a non life threatening condition?
