Due to this practice not having a GP currently is why I am giving a 2 star. The nurse is excellent as are the locums. However cannot stay on as patients in this practice if we can't actually see a GP face to face. Had to wait 2 days for an appt for a 4yr old who had an urinary infection. Went as casual on the day to another practice & going to enroll there for continuity of care for our whole family.

Didn't want to give any stars. My doctor is amazing but the lady on reception is diabolical. Refused to enroll my daughter. Said my daughter abused her but wouldn't answer me when I asked her ( about 8 times) how my daughter abused her. She didn't as I was there. Ended up in ED until nearly 2am because my daughter couldn't see the nurse. The lady on reception said it was HER call as to whether the day nurse would see my daughter but when I had finished with the doctor she informed me that they would not be enrolling my daughter at all. Since when does an admin person make medical decisions?

Very rude reception lady , cant get past her for appointment, not good for sick people at all They have got me sitting at home all day every day & my poor cat has to also suffer as I cant get him to the vet

Since being with Gauis medical center things have been I found that since there long time Doctor has left never been the same,I found I could talk about anything with him and he ensured that my over all wellbeing was okay I have a lot of Acc permanent injuries including Rymatoid arthritis I need a I have finally had my pain relief sorted after leaving me in agony for 6months it broke my heart that the Doctor cared more what other people thought instead of actually assisting me I stuffed like an animal in agony I hope nobody else has to go through such tourture.overall I find the nurses friendly and Ada receptionist is lovely but misunderstood a language barrier but not that bad I like her she has been a darling to me I hope that helps anyone looking for a Doctor the bad reviews are nonsense people just complaining no surgery is perfect

We enrolled our family with this practice, and had a nurse appointment for each of us to get our medical history etc. The nurse was excellent. She really did a thorough job and was very nice. The only slight downside is this practice does not currently use a health portal like ManageMyhealth, so we won't be able to see the results of our medical tests etc. online.
