Sweet spot to play badminton.

Went to the gym to tread out half an hour and it was peaceful and unstressed. Great start to our adventure of exercise.

I was there supporting my little granddaughter in Mini Movers The coach is very good with the kids and friendly. The building is good equipment is quality and clean.
