My mum got some work done with these people. The first time, there was no problem. However, the second time, after trust had been established (or so my mother thought) she accepted a verbal quote which she was assured would be all she would have to pay. Now, $12,000 later, she has holes in her wall with no doors. Please get a written quote before considering these people.

Had Palliside cladding installed as part of renovations. Carl and his team were excellent. They installed wall insulation as they went and installed all the new joinery as well. Changes as the project moved on were no issue at all. Nothing was a problem. The team were efficient, tidy and friendly. Have recommended Carl to friends and he hasn't disappointed. We have worked with Carl and his team on several jobs. We have always found them to be fast, efficient and their attention to detail is 2nd to none. I would never hesitate to recommend Sargent Builders for building work of any size.
