Congratulations to the staff at Tainui, impeccable caring service that brings with it a huge umbrella of much appreciated value. The care for each resident is remarkable, the marathons run to provide is as wide as it is long. This is the most happiest my mother has found to be in all the other Rest Homes she has stayed at. Thank you for your divine selfless assistance.

great carestaff who prides themselves in what they do. plus we were impressed by a male night nurse who exudes a gentle and compassionate demeanor when our mum became terminal. the place is well managed and tidy.

I dont feel they understood the complexity of my mothers needs after she was discharged there from Hospice care. My concerns were not taken seriously at the time and unfortunately she died that night. Very disappointed in care provided.

My mum is up there recovering from a broken hip.She raves about the food and the level of attention from staff. Each room seems to have a garden outlook and is quite peaceful.
