Waiting time was awful, I was in incredible pain and they took hours to see me only to be done in 5 minutes. They really couldn't have done that sooner when I spent 40 minutes waiting in the room?

We are from out of town so never been here before. We were seen fast. The reception staff, nurse and doctor were all friendly and helpful. The doctor was so caring, one of the best I've even seen. Great care!

Terrible experience, I went in wanting a blood test as I suspected that my iron was low. It quickly escalade to having anxiety problems and they gave me pills for this, which doing more research actually caused more harm. I finally got the blood tests and I have a overactive thyroid. I had to pay for the blood test and the esg test, which they didn't tell me would cost. I walked out of there more confused and in a worse situation and alot less money. I'm glad I went down the natural route to heal myself

I was waiting for 2. 5 hours. Cold waiting room without a water dispenser. Reception staff was friendly and helpful. The doctor on the other hand was stressed and unfriendly. She didn't take time to answer my questions and got defensive within a minute of talking. She told me 3 times that she has other patients while I asked questions to understand what is going on with my health. I'm shocked to see that a doctors like this are allowed to see patients in a modern country like new zealand.

Very strange place. My child came in for an earache but they sent in a physiotherapist to see us before the doctor. Not sure why??? However the doctor was fantastic hence the 3 stars.
