        Both our building report and valuation were done through TelferYoung, and we found them incredibly helpful and communicative. Arrived on time, answered our questions, explained the purpose of what they were doing (we are first home buyers) and were overall fantastic to work with. Thanks Kane and Craig!         Ordered a builders report which came back really positive and as a result I bought the house. Three months later I continue to discover issues with the house that were not detected by the builder. I cant help but question if they had some kind of agreement with the selling agent as he was the one who recommended them. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
