        Would not recommend to anyone wanting a property valuation. Had a property valuation done 6months prior through another organisation and was expecting Taranaki Property Valuers report to come back at the same market value if not higher. We were shocked with how much lower they valued it. When trying to get in contact to discuss the discrepancy we got little to no response. Costed us a lot of time and money and left us feeling very frustrated. Terrible value and very poor quality.
