My domain registration isn't due for 3 months but they've been emailing and calling me 1-3 times a week. It's borderline harassment. I asked them to stop but apparently they don't listen to their customers. I'm changing providers as it's just insane!

Honestly.. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. I literally bought a hosting plan that didnt even work, even the technical support said they dont know why.. and couldnt help me. Wasted 2 days of trying to have access to something I paid.

They got bought out by some big overseas fish and they're already running a quality business into the ground. They completely botched my Client Manager Account's migration to their new system, resulting in all of my client's accounts being split off from my "Master Account"; needing me to chase everything up and pick up the pieces. To their credit I was given a free resellers account which is pretty powerful. I thought I could make some good commission through reselling domains; even be able to sell them a little cheaper than previously but wait... Apparently now you need a "premium DNS" to be able to add basic TXT records... I'm not upselling a "premium DNS" just to get basic functionality that I have always had on the old system and with my other domain providers. They axed New Zealand support, replacing it with generic, robotic outsourced customer support. No longer can I call up and ask for support staff that I knew by name. This is just a complete mess and I can't see it getting better. It's extremely unlikely they would repeal this "premium DNS" garbage, nor is it likely they would bring back NZ support. I think this is a company that is very out of touch with NZ business, and it's a real shame I can't comfortably recommend them to clients anymore.
