Freeparking

Our domain had an expired ABN on it. Their Phillipines call centre said that they will pass it on to their domains team to fix. They said they had marked it as urgent. This was done 3 days in a row. Clearly their urgent is different to our urgent. I don't understand how processes could go so wrong. I spoke to Lionel from their support team, who hung up on me after I asked if I could speak to someone senior. Terribile customer service.

Frustrating company! Do not host domains with them. Our companies website, emails etc has been down for 72 hours and the terrible international support line keeps protending like they don't hear us and then hanging up. They refuse to let us speak to a more senior team member and provide us with no reassurance that our problem is being worked on. Will never host with Freeparking again.

I have used free parking for a couple of decades or more and continued with them because their service and products serve my needs completely. I have appreciated that there are less expensive ways of hosting websites and owning domain names but I'm happy to pay the extra for this local company and the services they offer.
