Really liked the Yin class, the natural sky light was soothing, and Rosie was cool. I liked it so much I almost felt like I was cheating on my home studio back in Winnipeg.

I dropped in for a Yin class with Robbie, who is quite possibly one of the neatest yoga instructors I've come across. The class was enjoyable because he made the practice feel accessible to all skill levels with his little pops of humor.

I have just moved to New Plymouth, eager to do find a practice I would enjoy. The Wellness Project has an extensive timetable with something for everyone. It is a bright and inviting atmosphere that is very well equipped with its own gear. The instructors have amazing verbal cues, which allows for the client to focus on the movement, rather than what the instructor is doing. It is obvious that these instructors work with a great understanding of movement. I am so excited to have found this studio.

Outstanding yoga studio! A hidden gem in New Zealands yoga scene. We were spoiled with world class instruction and a beautiful studio. We loved our classes with Robbie, Paula, Georgina, and Kate.
