This is the best service I've experienced in a bike shop and close to the best I've experienced anywhere. Any time. And I'm old... Booked my Cube LTD 26" hardtail for a service, outlined some shifting issues, Gary looked at the bike on the car, determ ined the scope service, came up with the probable cause - bent derailleur thanks to the tender care of baggage handlers on flights down from Frankfurt. Checked it in with a cool guy (didn't get his name, 3 sutures in his knee following an encounter with gravity..) who documented the scope, confirmed the misalignment. Technician Paddy called me in the morning to talk through the issues, called me back to discuss his findings, we agreed on a strategy going forward to address any wear issues, got a ready-for-pickup text at around lunchtime. Exactly what you need and it mirrors all of my interactions with both My Ride locations in Richmond and Motueka. Professionals. Pure and simple. Doesn't get any better.
