Village Cycles

Today I walked in with my mtb with a flat Tyre ( third time same tyre) Kiran was very friendly, helpful and he gave great customer service to me, so good to come across such a lovely young person to deal with. He fixed the problem by finding the culprit and removed it from the outer Tyre, plus put a new inner Tyre on for me. This all done with a smile Awesome Kiran, thank you very much!

LOVE these guys! Amazing customer service. They completely saved me while I was doing Tour Aotearoa. I shredded my rear tire on the Maungatapu Track and got into town right as everything was closing. I talked to all the bike shops in Nelson and no one could help me that evening or the following day. I was on a very tight schedule so I really needed help ASAP. I called Village Cycles and they said they'd fix it as soon as they opened the following morning. Such a great and nice team! Thanks again guys!

I've previously bought a cargo bike from Village and they were stellar to deal with then. Just today I was in a bind with my mtb, rang up, explained the situation and they said "sure, we'll get it in for service to look at". Now originally I thought I heard Thursday next week, but then to my amazement they meant tomorrow. To get a service booking in at this time of year, the next day is incredible. Thanks guys !

Today we had the dubious pleasure 9f getting lost on our ride . We called into Village cycles and the gentleman working there could not have been more helpful. He was amazing and super helpful. We are not used to that level of service . Thanks for making the experience so enjoyable. Would thoroughly recommend this place Kayte wood-stotesbury
