If you cannot acheive the desired colour then atleast tell your customers so that they dont waste their time here. Dont think others are fool, someone i know got the desired colour, which professionals can do! Horrible service neck is still hurting a lot! Showed them the picture of colour i wanted and they completely did something else, and are blaming me that the communication was not done properly. I asked for ashy blonde and showed them the picture and they gave me golden blonde. This place was recommended to me by someone and honestly i will never go back there and even the person recommended me will not go there from now. I told them to leave my roots dark and do rest of my hairs. There is huge difference in the colour they gave me. They are just basic hair salon and i cannot call them professional at all. My friend got the ashy blonde from dark in one go. And these guys are complaining that no one can give me that colour in one go. Heaps of flies inside there salon, ghosh! Horrible gemma!!! My hairs and neck is still hurting so bad. If you are saying that communication was not done properly then dear i showed you the picture of the colour i wanted and you completely given me a horrible colour and you guys did not treated me very well. You guys left my hairs after drying and started doing someone elses hair, you dried her hairs and straighten, not fair, okay! I didnt felt like that i am at a good place, felt so bad. They should have given me some discount after giving this service but they didnt. Do not come here, there are much good hair salons in nelson city- a little expensive but worth the price and are professional atleast. Service: Hair coloring

Love Mint hair salon. Gemma and the girls are amazing, let's just say with my hair they make magic happen would recommend them to anyone and their pricing/specials is great.
