I had a long awaited appointment booked at Vivo Richmond on the 19th Nov and I must say it was very disappointing. I have been once before and it was a very nice experience, but the Lady isn't working there anymore. I don't think that I ever felt less valued as a customer before. The hairdresser was rushed, therefor I felt rushed, because she was running late and my whole experience was unpleasant. She was very uninterested in me or my hair and now that I have washed my hair at home it is not what I wanted and doesn't look good. Will never go back there and can not recommend. I cannot say enough about this placeespecially the magic of Janus. He somehow translated exactly what I was looking for (a sun-kissed balayage look with a fresh-feeling cut) into a reality. He took his time with me to make sure that not only the end result was dreamy, but that my experience there was 5 star. He gave me hair care and style tips (which Ive never gotten at any other salon). The cost was very reasonable the scalp massage alone was worth it!! My hair has never felt so luxurious. Im just so relieved to know I have finally found someone I can trust with my hair!
