We have 4 rental properties listed with Sharon Stockdale at Summit Property Richmond. Thanks to Sharon's management skills the rental of these properties has been stress free. Sharon has found us good tenants, has been quick to identify potential maintenance issues and has overseen and co-ordinated 2 larger upgrades very efficiently. Sharon is very professional and pleasant to deal with. We would thoroughly recommend her to anyone looking for a Property Manager.

Sharon at Summit has been taking care of my rental property in Richmond for a while now, and I have been very impressed by her efforts and skills at managing the property, she is always pleasant to deal with and quickly deals with any maintenance issues.
