Don't leave your house with this company....... Before we moved overseas, we have decided to have a property manager to look after our house. Inside the house was newly renovated but they said we must follow the Healthy Home regulations so we did pay for the long list of the things that they wanted in the house ended up with 9 pages of receipt. Long story short...we been having tenants for 4 months. The tenants paid the rent but we have NEVER seen a cent comes from this house except receipts and debt. We have to carry two houses, this house and the overseas one. They are very difficult to be reached. Your email would be responded after two weeks or not at all. Your calls would never be answered or rang back. They never contacted you unless they wanted to send you receipts. Their contractors are so overpriced even a small job. Some of the jobs was not done but they charged you anyway. Some jobs were not necessary for the house but they did anyway. For example, the guy went to do floor polishing for the space of 2 x3 meters. He went and found that the polish that we provided was not the right one. He charged us $25 for petrol, $100 for his labor to have a look at the thing. One of the electric cook top was not working, they sent their electricien to replace it cost $1,500 and today they still wanted to replace the whole thing... this is just an example....they did not inform you, they just went ahead and did their things then you would get an email of all the receipts. Untill today...we have been trying to contact the manager. We never get any response....l actually don't like to leave comment on internet but this time l must do so our concern can be acknowledged and someone from this company get back to us. We regret that we rather leave the house empty...to be honest.

Impossible to get a house with a pet through them. Was shortlisted for one house rang about references at like 3 in the afternoon,only spent a couple of hours trying to get hold of my current landlord even though he had done the email part they had sent and owns 2 businesses by 9am next morning the property was offered to someone else very frustrating. Still trying for a place but getting nowhere as I have a dog not one of the nasty breeds exceptionally well behaved. Have references to verify this fact and dog has been with us for 10 years. Ridiculous.
