Stargazers Astronomy Tours & B&B

Really interesting tour, especially the part looking out the telescope. Alastair is a very enthusiastic guide, but that enthusiasm got the best of him as the tour was very very long. We arrived at 8:45 pm and didnt leave until after 11:00. An hour less - perhaps without the time in his office talking about the moon landing etc - would have been perfect.

The wet weather didnt dampen our delight in this place. Harriet and Alistair were wonderful hosts - so very interesting and very helpful in suggesting places to visit/ routes to take. The house was immaculate and the breakfast beautifully presented and delicious too. Our knowledge of astronomy has significantly increased since our evening spent in the observatory!

Strongly recommended for all! great and really interesting experience - Mix of fun and science in a very engaging way. We enjoyed every minute of the tour:-)
