My truck cut out and the steering wheel wouldn't move anymore and all the cauction lights are on and my battery light, so i called the tow company and I got my truck towed to collins automotive explained to them over the phone what happened, they called me back saying the steering belt came and a few other thing. So i payed picked my truck up and within that week the same thing happens again, I called them to let them know the same thing happened again and the lady told me to bring it in.. umm shouldn't they arrange someone to pick it up not me. Not happy with there services.

I have been into Collins twice for DIYadvice which hardly anyone will offer these days. The first one was about an alternator, the technician knew I wasnt going to purchase off him but printed all the specs and info for me to sort it. Recently I needed some special wire to fix a fuel sender and Ryan Bright at the front desk not only did research on options but ended up giving me the short piece of wire I needed! Most appreciated.
