Its been more than a year since JCC completed our renovation, and not a day goes by that I dont feel a sense of satisfaction and gratitude. From the moment I enter one of my bathrooms in the morning, I notice the attention to detail and the wow factor JCC Build brought to life. Renovating is not simple and like many, I found this a stressful process. JCC were there all the way guiding me through. We have an old character home with its special quirks and needs. JCC have established clear communication tools (apps), with costs and estimates that help keep you up to date with what is happening, and what changes or decisions need to be made. Excellence, innovation and integrity are not just words to JCC, but principles they practice. We don't just want you to be happy now, but in 5, 10, even 20 years time. their words. Their level of workmanship and attention to detail is evident throughout our home. Our renovation was not easy. A design build, as Gareth put it. JCC really stepped up to the challenge and achieved things I thought were not possible. These are the first builders I have used that I will hire again. I decided right from the start that I would speak up if anything was not exactly how I wanted, and I did. JCC were always professional and ensured that I was always happy. In my time as a homeowner, I have learned that there are good tradies, and not so good tradies. Good tradies, communicate well, listen, follow instructions, attend to details and finishes, come up with logical effective lasting solutions, and are clear about the costs. Not so good tradies do not. JCC and the people they work with are good tradies. My advice to you if you are embarking on a project is, to communicate well, be clear in what you want and what is important to you, and hire these guys. Very happy clients Antonia and Darin Fong
