I contacted Michael after I lost a diamond from my engagement ring, he had done some work on the ring 10 years prior and still had an image and information on file that helped to ensure my insurance company had all the information they needed so the replacement stone was the same specifications and quality. Michael offered to do the work as I could choose to whom did the repair once my claim was settled; my insurance company had not disclosed this to me. The finished repair (actually a re-build) is absolutely perfect, he provided a detailed valuation and paperwork to support. I visited a few jewellers in Hamilton before choosing to get my necklace repaired here due to their customer service, prices, and expertise. Sally is so lovely, and so is the jeweller. Thanks for a quick & quality job on my necklace and for being so patient with me trying ring sizes too!

I ordered something from this company and they went above and beyond for me! I mentioned in an email that my purchase was a gift and they wrapped it absolutely beautifully and posted it immediately along with a hand-written note. A huge thank you to the staff for the lovely experience and for making the gift feel extra special.

I was not feeling too great today and these lovely ladies were so pleasant and helpful with selecting jewellery and their great customer service that they made me feel special. The experience is great and the jewellery are beautiful. Thank you. I am so grateful to these ladies and how they made me feel. Plus I got a beautiful charm for my bracelet, which they wrapped beautifully

Such lovely staff !! Really kind and patient when were were interested in trying on various rings! They had such a wide selection of stunning pieces! I cant remember the ladies name who served us but she made our day and was just wonderful so thank you!!
