They have been my regular service place for two of my cars but not anymore the last time I left my car for a service it came out with a big scratch to the side and the manager was quick to wash off his hands and says these things never happen in their store, well I must say accidents happen every were and if u value your customers u should own up to your mistakes and take responsibility that's what customer service is all about, well am sure u have cameras in your centre what stopped you from reviewing the camera recordings to show the customer it did not happen in your centre that's what a good manager would have done to make the customer happy and want to come back to you.I could have fought it but remember good customer don't really have time to argue with some one who does not value there customers loyalty to the business and makes the customer look like the liar, Very disappointing in the way this centre handles customers complaints. Just a word of caution to future customers know that you will not get any professional customer service experiences from this place, don't have to take my word for it untill u experience it your self.
