Spotted GLP Plumbing dropped in to make inquiry. Next morning tradesman turned up. New cyclinder installed. Oh my goodness now have hot water, better water flow and pressure. Tim and the team have been great to deal with. We had an issue with our fire from an install done 2 years ago, they came out and sorted the problem really well. Turned out to be an issue with a custom bit of flue supplied through another company which had been incorrectly manufactured which was causing the problem. They pulled the flue apart, diagnosed the issue and fixed within the same day. Really happy. Thanks heaps.

My complaint/issue was low pressure to hot water only in the kitchen, had reduced by half the flow it usually had, this occurred over 3week period. GLP came spent approx 20min looking, turning on taps and then concluded "low pressure" can't find reason everything was normal and no faults found. Today I called a new plumber to come, as I felt something had to be wrong. The new plumber spent time removing the under sink pipes and flushed the tap - and within 20 minutes I had better than ever pressure and flow returned to the kitchen. I called GLP to report on my feedback - response was "thanks".

We had an older gas fire installed by GLP and can't thank the guys enough for the way they approached the job as it wasn't easy. They sourced additional required parts, were both punctual and professional with a can do attitude which was seriously put to the test! Special thanks to Mike for his dedication but the whole team did a fantastic job.
