Purchased two Oppo find x5 June 2022. Fell from couch to floor and has a huge crack. Not even a year. Reason why we got these phones was because we were told they would be sturdy enough for my husband's work which was construction. Got told, Warranty doesn't cover screen damages. Spent over 2k on these phones and already damaged. No help. Except send it off for a quote we'd have to pay for again anyway. Woman on the phone sounded like she couldn't be bothered explaining this to me. Wouldn't buy here again. Waste of money. Anyone who knows the proper value of money would understand this.

For a store that promotes communication really needs to understand what communication and customer service means. Came in this store and felt fobbed off and told to go to The Base or back to Tauranga... Terrible customer!!!

I've needed to got there 3 times because is the nearest to my place and every time has been busy, with terrible customer service and never got to resolve anything

Poor service. As soon as my contract is up I will be going to a mobile phone carrier which understands service.
