Auto 66

We're not very interested in my trade, Made a ridiculously low offer then walked away after I said another yard made an offer twice as much. Anyway sold my car privately for 5 times as much and bought a car from another yard.

I recently purchased a Mini from Auto 66. Luke Rankin, the salesman, was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He was not pushy at all, and was extremely patient with my queries. If he did not know the answer, he went away to look up information requested. He was so very obliging, and I am thrilled with my new car. The icing on the cake was receiving a 'goody bag', most unexpected, but appreciated. I would thoroughly recommend Luke and this car dealership.

Ever since I've bought my Toyota highlander from these guy's, they have been awesome, the customer service, like and guys spot on, then there's Brian and the guys in the garage side, awesome to deal with. If there were 10 stars I'd give 10. I've taken a couple of other vehicles in to get work done, always have happy results, this is a awesome place I've recommended them to a few friends aswell.

Initial contact was via messenger. Reply received the next morning from Luke whom I went down to meet. Friendly service and great communication right up to purchase. Appreciated all your help. Referred to Heath to do the paper work fast and easy transaction. Thanks for the goodie package

Worst service I have ever had from a car dealership. Looked to buy a vehicle from them in which 3 staff members including the owner informed me the car was available for sale still. Asked for their account number and sale agreement which the finance manager agreed to send through. Failed to send through but emailed me the following morning stated there was already an offer on the vehicle and they couldnt sell it to me. I had to push to even get an acknowledgement from the owner that his staff were in the wrong. No attempt was made from the owner to help put this right with me. Total waste of time. Appalling service. Internal communication is non existant. I will purchase a vehicle from someone who wants my business and will value me as a customer. I would never consider going to Auto 66 again and I would not recommend anyone to go there.
