Had a good experience buying my first NZ car from them. Goldie was very helpful and had my car sent from Hamilton to their yard in Auckland for me to view before finalizing the purchase. The price although high was better than most competitors and the car was in mint condition so I'm very happy.

Im very disappointed with the service of jan motors. I booked a car for visit and paid 200$ deposit. Car looked nothing like photos it had really bad paint job and all rough chip stones.bumper was scratched underneath and seats had cigarette burns. I went from taupo to hamilton 2.5 hours drive car nothing was described in advertisement. Moreover i had to wait 2 months for my refund. I called them alot of times for my refund at the end i had to threaten them that im gonna take legal action if I didnt get my refund. I dealt with manager prabhat very poor customer service never going back again. Atleast post real photos and payback people hard earned money ontime
