Doctors themselves are all right except one male that prefers to "work with women and children". Administration and logistics hopeless. I've been charged $150 for 3 appointments, two were 3 minute phone calls and the third was oh we cant do that today you need too re-book. I am trying to find out if iv got something like emphasiema or lung cancer. get it together people

No one answers the phone. if they finally do, you have to wait a week or more for an appointment and not even with your own doctor. used to be good.

Thestaff working at the phone service are extremely rude and degrading. Every time I have to call them is a pain. I feel like they hate that job. Dr. Andrew is always willing to listen, friendly and effective. Also the reception team, most are friendly and efficient. The waiting time is fair.
