        Horrible medical center. Staff are extremely incompetent and dont even know what they are doing. The nurses never answer the phone and the receptionist would just say they are busy and will call back later, but they dont even care to call back.

        I have been with this medical center for over 7 years. Always had great doctors but in the last 12 months it is a disaster to make an appointment within 7 days of calling - not much point seeing the doctor when that is the case!

        one passive aggressive receptionist and a GP that makes fun of your disorders - wouldnt recommend for people with mental health issues if you wanna be taken seriously

        Was planning to sign up with Hillcrest medical centre as they are only up the road from where i live. However I couldn't understand why it took 2 days to register before I could see a doctor and when i questioned it i got talked too very ruddly by the receptionist and hung up on. I found that Very unprofessional and not what i have experienced with other medical centres.
