My dad was so mistreated he was in palletve care and was waking in pain. Dirty clothes sock pants , dirty muldrew windows in his room broken glass on floor never got cleaned till I put a complaint in. Thy kept closing his door and he had a fall and when taken to hospital manager couldnt tell doctors when he fell as thy never checked on him for 2 hours and after his fall he lasted a week. Manager was horrible he was dying wasn't aloud to stay with him. Had to make appointments and when he died wasn't aloud with him in room plus thy never strghted his head as soon as he died . Left him in bed windows and curtains open but we still weren't aloud in there so we stood outside window after he passed away I would not recommend to my worst enemy most horrible experience ever and can't help me now but hoping this will help other people.

I have just spent a few weeks respite care while recovering in this resthome. It was wonderful, and the care we all received was extraordinary. The residents were all absolutely wonderful and won my heart. The staff were exceptional too. I shall never forget this adventure, and when and if I should need to go into care myself, I hope I can go to this care facility. In the meantime, I would like to be able to offer my service and utilize my talents for the residents. After all, service to the community is a top priority for me. I miss everyone already. So sad to leave.
