        DO NOT STAY HERE. We went to check in and the lights were off and no one was there. We rang the doorbell a dozen times, knocked as loud as we could, and called the owner (Daniel) and got sent to voicemail. After waiting an hour we left and contacted our travel agency. The owner lied and said he was there the whole time... and refuses to refund anything. Enjoy the $600 that you did nothing for. Your reply is simply not true. We were parked right in front of that garage in that picture, there was a sign with Tauhara Sunrise Lodge at the bottom of the hill. Pressing that little door bell that rings like a phone and hangs up after a minute. Don't call me a liar I was there from 330PM to 430PM and attempted calling you multiple times. We were very upset with your lack of service and lies!
