awful service , i rung the bell and walked in and out a few times to activate the buzzer , i could hear the girls out the back busily chatting away , gave up in the end after looking at the cakes im glad , it looks like these guys have been freezing cakes and thawing them out . In addition to above i did as you suggested and revisited the shop , the fruit flan was very good , i went back a few weeks later to get another and they had pretty much run out of all cakes on a friday at 330pm anyway ill change from a 1 star to 2 for now , cheers

I've been a loyal customer of this shop for a long time and would not go anywhere else. Tortes & cheesecakes are amazing. You may have to wait a short time for your order but its usually because there are several people choosing or picking up orders. Great friendly staff. Go there. Don't worry about the negative reviews, this place is still the same as always and the products are fantastic.

I'm sure the staff are usually helpful, friendly and enthusiastic. Unfortunately that's not what I experienced today. Maybe there was just one staff member on. Maybe it was an off day. It certainly affected my decision about buying a cake.

First time Ive a bad experience with Cheesecake shop at Ulster street store. I got the cake which is completely different from the display. When I informed the lady and she said it because of the different baker then she took the cake and put it in the back with huge noise. I got another cake but again its different from the display. If they want to sell something different then why theres a display. The customer service is really bad. Not happy with the purchase this time with Cheesecake shop
