Karin is so talented and goes that extra mile to make you a cake they seriously exceeds expectations!! My son's 21st bluebird chip cake was the highlight of his day ...I can't recommend Sweet Little Treats enough!

If you are looking for a delicious cake than go no further, Karin is super talented and will create your dream cake. Her talent is so amazing that you certainly wont be disappointed. But it doesnt stop there. Karin also offers amazing cake classes and once you attend these not only do you leave with an amazing cake that you create yourself ( under the watchful eyes of Karin) you also get a cake teacher for life. Yes the amount of times Ive emailed Karin with questions and she always replies with options to make my cakes work. A wonderful, creative, talented and patient cake maker, who I am really pleased to have met. You wont be disappointed at sweet little treats.

I dont even know where to start with this review. I need to make whoever is reading this understand that Karin is the most incredible cake artist in possibly the whole world, but how does someone articulate that with words?? Let me start with the person behind the creations. Karin is the most kind, humble, generous woman with a beautiful heart and an exceptional eye for detail. You will leave the whole experience with a new friend. I did. She oozes awesome-ness and I just want to hang out with her which is not something I would ever say about a normal service transaction. She is an exceptionally busy woman, not only is she popular with cakes and her classes, she also is an adoring and dedicated mama and wife, yet, she will still manage to make you feel like you are her priority. Im not sure if she has been gifted more hours in an average day, but she is the flawless master of juggling her busy life. Now, the cake. I had wanted to have a cake made by Karin a couple of times prior to this one, but she was always booked out. I made sure for my partners 40th that I got in early (a year before to be safe! haha). When I explained what I was after which I thought was a challenging concept - she didnt hesitate, nothing was too hard. As time drew nearer, I changed my mind about the make up of the design in fear of having too much cake (I know, no such thing!). Without the slightest bit of frustration, Karin instead offered to replace one of the cakes with a chocolate piata and I was so excited! Karins communication was always prompt (how does she have time!?). When pick up day rolled around, she welcomed me into her studio and as soon as I laid eyes on the final product, I started to cry! It was mind-blowingly incredible and so accurate to the pictures I had sent. I was just so overwhelmed by her talent and detail. I still am! I show pictures to anyone that will let me, including strangers. People always look at me with surprise and then go in for a closer look. They seriously doubt that this picture I am showing them is actually of a cake and not some real shoes. Im telling you, Karin is AN ARTIST! A MAGICIAN even! The cake itself was DELICIOUS!!! Layers upon layers of delicious. Moist, decadent and incredibly more-ish! One chocolate, one vanilla as well as one chocolate piata. You can look at all the aesthetically pleasing pictures of cakes you like, but there is always that concern of them not tasting as good as they look I find its usually one or the other in my experience. This is not a concern to even consider here. Please, PLEASE do yourself a favour and organise a cake through Karin, I promise you, you wont have any regrets. Thank you lovely Karin! This will be a topic of conversation for years to come in our household. There will never be a more perfect cakeuntil the next one we get from you.

I couldn't recommend Karin from Sweet Little Treat Cakes enough! She makes the most delicious (and beautiful) cakes and treats I've ever tasted - seriously. She's always so kind, and it's never a problem to cater for any dietary requirements. I recently attended her Whole Food Workshop as well, where we learned to make easy, yummy, nutritious treats. I learned SO much and have made so many things from it already! Her passion for food is inspiring and her love for her work shines through everything she makes. She is truly incredible. Pic of the inside of my last birthday cake with all it's delicious layers cause I still have dreams about it.

Karin is an artist, top baker and a kind caring lady to deal with. Karin is professional, reliable, and extremely talented in all she offers. She takes pride in her work, showcasing some incredible pieces of art and cake! Once you have a cake made, you will be finding any occasion to get another made!
