Very quick to ensure a signed contract and a 10% deposit paid on a shed. Promised completion within 4 to 5 months due to covid etc. Unwilling to communicate on our behalf when council compliance came along. Cost us thousands on works that were proven unneccessary. Pushed out completion dates and threatened even longer wait times if we didn't pay the further 42% soon after consent issued. Roughly $30k paid in total to Versatile alone almost 3 months before they have picked up a tool. First contractor on site a day late after latest schedule. At this point tried to claim an unwarranted variation. Pushed back dates again. 5 months in from signing up and we have some boxing timber, polythene, a little steel and a big hole in our driveway. Has certainly made life difficult for me and my family. Not a single promise has been kept.

After a long delay, due to council, garage built. Whole team was great from concrete to electrician, very high standards from all involved.

They fixed our garage door when it broke and it was free of charge which was awesome even though it was several years old. Thanks Wayne
