I accepted their quote and paid a deposit after being told the job could be done in 2-3 weeks. Over a month went by, couldn't get hold of them. They finally partially refunded my deposit but helped themselves to $200. Completely useless.

These guys are good- careful and skilled. Redoing our ensuite and making a very tidy job of a tricky install. I recommend them.

Quick to make promises and ask for payment (before agreed milestones reached) but slow or MIA when it comes to delivery. Paid a deposit 2 weeks before Christmas and was told the job would be completed by no later than end of Jan. After project (exterior painting of 4 bedroom house) ran 6 months over schedule we cut them lose and paid them the balance of what was owed minus the outstanding work that had yet to be completed. Staff members on site showed no respect for property by littering (paper, plastic and cigarette butts) all over the place despite repeated requests to throw their rubbish in the bin. Poor quality workmanship with paint splatters on windows and decking, large volume of paint chip and debris in our water tank (despite us having multiple discussions with both Richard and staff about the need to cover the downpipes feeding into the tank as this is our source of drinking water), and a staff member somehow managing to completely block up an exterior drain with soil (??!!) while painting above it. Staff stood on shrubs, hedges and flowers (thereby killing these plants) despite ample space to work without needing to do so. Wouldnt touch this company with a barge pole again. Communication non-existent, no apologies ever and Richard gets aggressive and sarcastic whenever you try and call him on his bs.
