        Always short staff, always wait so long in the queue. definitely wouldn't recommend for business banking. just so called bank.

        Cant back their promises, dont know how their own systems work and cant communicate within their own team. Not necessarily a branch issue but more so a lack of customer service in general as a so called bank

        Appreciate with team leader trying to help what ever he can to approve the loan! He is very polite and trying to be positive at all time even in the uncertain circumstances! Highly recommend for the first home buyers!
