Bad service and shop. Phone covers cost over $30 while you can buy the same product online for less than $10. That shop is just a scam.

I had my phone screen replaced a month ago, but then I found it glitchy from time to time, especially when charging. And sometime the battery would go flat all of a sudden when it shouldnt be, because theres enough battery. Then I had it opened to have a look, only to find that the staff failed to put one screw back to the phone, and thats why it hasnt been working properly these days. So just for future reference, they are not professional and well trained mobile phone fixers. Thats it. Disappointing. (I edited the review by adding two photos as a proof to make it more convincing. FIY, KEJUN LI is my Chinese name, and Ivy is the name that I normally use in daily conversations. I have left Taupo last month, so I dont see the point of contacting you because theres nothing you can do to make it up for my loss. ) 22/06/2022 Responding to the shop owners last comment: Yes, I clearly remembered the conversation I had with the female technician, and you dont have to emphasize on words like water damage, no guarantee, handed working phone in your hand, as my complaint had nothing to do with any guarantee but your technicians NEGLIGENCE for FAILING TO PUT A SCREW BACK ON THE PHONE. And please refer to what I have said before, and you can tell that I didnt say the phone wasnt working after getting fixed, but that it wasnt working properly only because of losing an essential screw. So if you cant guarantee to put all the screws back on, then yes, I have my expectations waaaaay too high. Anyway, this would be my last response. :)
