Smart Mobile Taupo

Sharan at Taupo was really helpful. I had dropped my phone in the lake on Saturday 25 March and on Sunday it looked a hopeless case. I was 45 mins from the store and his phone manner and questions filled me with confidence to drive to his business for him to attempt a repair. Within an hour problem solved....phone.....fixed.....thank you Sharan

Went there on the 2nd of February in the morning to get two new screen protections (like foils) for our mobile phones (30 dollars each) as they have cracks and we wanted better protection. A woman, she was nice but sorry seems not very knowledgeable, was serving us. She was on the phone while putting on the protections so not very focused. BOTH had bubbles under the surface the next day, this is ridiculous!! And the next day my girlfriends phone was broken as liquid got under it - not the woman's fault but could have been prevented with the right service. This is really bad and we are more than unhappy with this.
