As first home buyers, it has been an eye opening journey for Matt and I into the world of real estate. We would like to commend Brooke Collins for her work ethic and for the support she has provided us - She has been available at all hours, she has always followed up swiftly on queries or missed calls and has never made us feel stupid even when the questions did seem slightly silly. Brooke has been friendly, communicated clearly and shown great skill in managing a vendor and purchaser relationship - as I can imagine this wasn't always easy! Above and beyond. Mike has supported us brilliantly from the first interest in this property right through to handing the keys over on settlement day. Mike has provided so much support and property details at a level of quality that allowed us to put in an offer, with conditions, whilst overseas! Mike continually went above and beyond the call of duty providing additional onsite visits and investigating detailed questions that we had. Settlement day topped it all with a personal greeting at the property organised by Mike that made us instantly know we were home!
