        Staff were helpful and friendly. But as expected theres a very big crowd - would be great if they have a bigger rental area where you don't have to wait too long to get rentals

        We visited on the second week of the July school holidays we were wrapped with the enthusiasm the staff showed to us no one in our family of 5 had been up the mountain before and we were all quite apprehensive we asked tons of questions and the staff had all the answers and more we will definitely be back next year and snow Hq will be our first stop to hire the gear. Thanks guys you made our family holiday stress free!!
