Bought a nuna car seat from them. Brilliant service from Amy, she helped us installing into the car . Very knowledgeable about their product with great passion . We feel very lucky buying the car seat from them, not online.

Had seats we previously purchased at Baby on the Move installed into a new car, was a bit complicated as we also had to get a new anchor point put in (they referred us to Belt Up close by), then had issues with getting the child seat to sit properly in the car. The team was absolutely fantastic, very kind and patient, and tried all the tricks until they got a safe fit for our daughter's seat, despite it taking quite a while they persisted in getting it right. Really appreciate it, thanks so much!

Great service, communication, product knowledge and pricing Being a new parent can be overwhelming - One part of it is getting the right car seat and Baby On The Move were able to help us sort this.
