OMG - got a freshly baked Cheese Scone this morning ... divine!! I have had plenty from other places, but this one has been the fluffiest and lightest with just the right amount of cheese to be satisfied in the first instance, but later ... wanting more!!

Lovely friendly service depending on whose serving you-the unsmiling lady (owner?) in the grubby t-shirt or the fully smiling & engaging woman making the coffee. Lots of space. Lots of reverb. Nice. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room

I've ordered from Simply Sweet Cafe via the Uber Eats App for Vietnamese food very regularly. Sometimes, every Monday. However, it's usually a hit and miss. Every order you hope it's a hit because it's a gamble because of inconsistencies in the way it tastes or either they have noodles that are dissolving in the broth, or they just get your order wrong and skimp out on the meatballs and meat when you order the pho. It's not cheap either. I was one of the first customers that ordered consistently when they first started to offer Vietnamese pho and you could order this online. The spring rolls themselves are delicious. However, at times, it's a mixed bag with the lettuce. Sometimes ice berg lettuce, sometimes, fancy lettuce that completely welts and is one hot mess. The sauce was originally a fish sauce. Now they use sweet chill sauce. Sometimes, you wonder if you should drive out and order from Johnsonville and order from the Vietnamese restaurant there. I always felt the food was much better here but I've become hesitant in ordering because of inconsistencies and makes you wonder whether it's worth the cost. Especially in the food service area, customer service and consistency are two of the most important aspects to keep customers coming back. At the moment, it's a real mixed bag. Some days the orders are bang on. Some days, you wonder if the $30 or so plus dollars is worth the order when you decide to treat yourself or need that warm Vietnamese fix when the order just is a hot mess. Every order, the portions seem to get less and less. either bump up the cost a dollar, but please make the order worthwhile for the person on the other end. I would really love to get back and order via Uber eats, but please work on the consistency of food. I know times are tough for food businesses and the cost of ingredients but please don't let loyal customers down.
