Muffin Break Queensgate

These 2 really nice Greek people served me today. They made my day. I wish more people were like them in our world...

Purchased a herbal tea and hot chocolate. The cups were dirty! I asked for another one fit the tea and she found it hard to find one. And the new one she gave me was dirty. I asked for cold water for the tea which was poured out of personal looking water bottle into a grossly dirty glass with cake and greasy finger marks on it. We left our drinks and walked off understanding why every other coffee/cake cafe in Queensgate was busier.

First of all we had to go get our food and drinks, it used to get brought to us, dunno when that changed, so we loved playing waitress. 0/5 The food was 1/5 , the bread was soggy and the cheesecake was more like the texture of sponge. And apparently and iced mocha is a warm mocha? 1/5 10/10 guys GREAT JOB SO GONNA COME BACK!! not Long story short, ended up going down to Starbucks. better. 10X colder 10X more coffee just 10X better all around. Oh and the service, much nicer
