Took my vehicle in for a warranty on a part and was very Impressed with the awesome service provided to me and my vehicle. Highly recommended!! They not only gave it a great wash and wipe down and even serviced the Electric Ute lid in the back and is running very smoothly. Might have to trade in the wife's Acadia for a Ford something???

Charged $880 for wrong repair. Mentioned specific repair required, was told it wasnt the issue. Car broke down again 250km later and Taupo Ford are fixing the actual issue. Wouldnt recommend for repair.

Wonderful service! The staff went out of their way to get our Ford motorhome back on the road in time for us to enjoy our holiday!

Called up and booked in three weeks in advance as that's the wait time to get a courtesy car for a service. Turned up at 730am on the morning and was told that I didn't even have a booking and it was never entered into the system. Rebooked me for Monday without a courtesy car or told me I had to wait a month for another appointment. Turned up on Monday to pickup my finished ute and it still had the plastic seats and protectors inside (even though it had been ready to collect for over an hour) which I had to remove and take inside. In past services the car was always given a quick wash and this time it wasn't. Each services costs more and more (this was almost $1000) and the "value" feeling gets less and less. Last time I will get it serviced here, seems to get worse every time.
