Pre-approval for finance over the phone took 10 minutes, went down to the dealership in Lower Hutt the same day, picked the vehicle, filled out some paperwork and drove off with my new car after an hour. Insanely easy and really helpful staff to deal with. A brilliant experience, would recommend to anyone wanting to finance a car. +1 to Tasi who sorted me out.

After purchase care is NON EXISTENT. They dont care once theyre paid, thats a real shame. Also had a reversing camera installed and all that held it on was a thin bit of metal LOL it fell off today. Have bought two cars from these people but never again based on latest purchase. Id give zero stars if i could.

PLEASE BEWARE, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU WANT THAT VEHICLE!! Saw a much wanted model car I was looking for so we flew down to view etc. I'd been dealing with Tasi and asked if he would courtesy pick us up from the airport. His simple answer was NO, Great start. Loved the car had a couple of minor things wrong with it. Got mucked around for an hour or so. I thought they were attending to it but found out they weren't at all when I went outside to investigate. I got a bit agitated and asked whats going on. At this point we were told we had to purchase a service warranty before we could purchase the car which raised my BP even more. Basically he was saying we couldn't buy the car unless we bought a service warranty. They want you to claim on the service warranty instead of them accepting liabilty for after sales.... We walked off the lot and told them to keep it.
