        One of the worst courier services I have dealt in my life. My package took only 3 days arrive in NZ from the US and it has been stuck with these guys for 13+ days now. Update: It's been 2 years since this review. Their service is still the worst as usual. I don't understand why companies like UPS and Amazon use them.

        Heading to work on a rainy day to find a parcel delivered the day before at the end of driveway on the street?! Not only was it left in a VERY public place (every other driver brings it up the drive and puts on the doorstep) but it was soaking wet due to the rain. I made a complaint, which almost 2 weeks later has not been responded to. Not only are the drivers awful, but customer service is as well. Will never use this company. Due to the amount of posting on the neighbourhood facebook pages (Island Bay and Brooklyn) this is by no means an isolated case.

        Why do my calls go to a call centre in Philippines. They have no idea what Im talking about, where my receiving address is or how I can collect. They tried telling me a third party is picking my package up. What the heck are they talking about. Why cant you have a local office?????
