Pbt Courier

So many bad reviews on here, no need to be negative, so Im giving 5star, even though the courier couldnt find my address and took 4days to get it redelivered. The lady on the phone was super nice, PBT courier is not one I would recommend, my favourite is fastways, or nzpost, One thing that annoys me with all companies is their tracking, its either in their van to be delivered or it has been delivered, no estimated time to plan to be home to sign, and everyone is at work between 9-6 worse time to deliver,

My brand new couch was left on a busy road, next to a bus stop outside my neighbours garage. I received a text message saying I have dropped your Louisiana couch down bottom ready to go into your garage, enjoy. Unfortunately, I am a 52 female living by myself unable to lift the sofa from my neighbours garage, upstairs to my own house. This left me in quite predicament. When I tried calling this company, and the number that text me - I had no response. The sofa was meant to be delivered over a week ago. They were also meant to let me know the day before delivery but I had zero notice! Very disappointed.
