Coach P is the real deal, this amazing human gets you results! Always has a smile on her face, motivates and encourages you endlessly and praises your every goal big or small. Always accommodating whilst also keeping you accountable. Coach P and her Transformation Centre is my happy place

Paula is an absolute legend! Fact! She gives you 100% everytime. Incredibly knowledgeable and will help you make the improvements you are searching for. I wouldn't have anyone but P train me. So incredibly authentic, and will make you feel so welcome. Thank you Paula for everything.

I am 100% sure that if you sign up with Coach P you won't regret it! Just so you know, I was pretty much afraid of exercise and I knew nothing about fitness before I started working with Paula! I have always struggled with my weight and motivation and I was pretty nervous about joining classes or doing PT *but* Pea makes you feel so welcome and gorgeous and strong and now I really look forward to exercising! She supports you to meet your goals, is really down to earth, and is so much fun! The classes she runs are full of a diverse group of wonderful whine and she always changes it up to keep things interesting ! I have seen my body change so much (my doctor recently said I'm the healthiest I've ever been), I feel so much stronger and more confident too. If you are looking for a supportive, experienced, and lovely trainer then you absolutely have to check out Coach P: )
